In addition to Carlos achieving the results agreed upon with both dogs he gave us the much needed insight into the workings of the dogs minds. This has been instrumental in preventing us from getting frustrated or frustrating the dogs unnecessarily. Carlos has a terrific disposition and spends all the time needed to not only answer all of our questions but gives all the background information needed to better interact with our dogs. Hiring Carlos to train our dogs was probably the best investment I’ve ever made.
