I had been thinking of sending Max out to train him but once we met Carlos and saw his immediate handling of our dog; we knew we had found the right trainer. It was an added bonus that we were able to train at home and at the park where “Max” was allowd to run free. I must say that Mr. Puentes did a fabulous job with the dog and myself, and that’s saying alot since we (my wife & I) are disabled. Carlos took extra care and extra time to help us get it right. I don’t know what we would have done without him.
