As a first time owner of two dogs at one time, I found Carlos to be an excellent guide, teacher, not to mention as on-call psychologist, to answer any questions at any time (I have had many). He truely loves animals which was clearly evident. My dogs were always happy to see him and I will call Carlos in the future if the need arises! A great experience!
