Carlos Puentes is an excellent trainer.He has a great understanding of a dogs’ character. Carlos makes every training session very valuable and fun, moving at a nice pace and giving you plenty of time so you don’t feel pressured or rushed. Every session is important but the most valuable in my opinion was the heel class. Having a dog born to pull. Everytime I took my dog for a walk, it was a nightmare. Now, after learning to heel, it is a breeze.
