Getting a new dog is the easy part, getting him/her trained is the challenge, so after researching online, and setting up many interviews with different trainers we realized the best trainer is the one that with patience, love and lots of experience will be the one to train our puppy. Before K-9 Solutions Lia had typical puppy behavior. She would chew on walls, run out the door, and defecate where she shouldn’t. K-9 Solutions has helped me control my dog. My mother works from home and Prime was getting out of hand but now I can leave loose and he is well behaved. The classes are well taught and planed out. Prime took a step back but with their help he got back on track. The training was positive. She was also able to relate to my son, me and the dog.

I had a great experience with Carlos. Gus is an adopted Rhodesian boxer mix who was very anxious and at times aggressive with other dogs. From the first day of training, I saw a difference! I have never seen anyone with a better knowledge of dog behaviors. Carlos taught our dog the commands in no time. By the first lesson our dog was already following 2 commands with no problem. Cooper was adopted at 3 from a Golden Retriever rescue group in Minnesota. As with most rescues most of his history is unknown. Cooper had many behavioral issues that I could not overcome on my own. My boyfriend moved in in September of 2014 and not having owned dogs before, Cooper was a challenge for both Cooper and Dennis.
We met with Carlos Puentes in December of 2014 and
I first got “Luna” for the kids on Christmas boy what a surprise I gave myself. Luna was a big puppy full of energy and my youngest who wanted the Luna said “mom is it ok that I’m scared of her”? The dog was jumping, pushing, biting, breaking, basically driving me insane. I knew I had 2 choices sell her as a puppy ASAP or get help!!! Carlos came home and met Luna, he told me she can be trained. He was very fair with the price and Teresa was at my home the next week. Now did I say I have 4 kids….. Terre is great!!!
Carlos is by far the BEST trainer in Miami. After having hired two very well known trainers and seeing little to no improvement, K-9 Solutions was our last hope. I wish we would have met Carlos a year ago! It is now possible to live a normal life without having our 80 lb lab jump on everyone, destroy our house/yard and bark incessantly. K-9 Solutions has been fantastic. Duke as a puppy was very hard to manage, him being a large breed. But Carlos has helped to bring him such a long way, and the great thing about Carlos is that every lesson he comes over with something new to teach us and our pup. K-9 Solutions is a 10/10 every
