Cooper was adopted at 3 from a Golden Retriever rescue group in Minnesota. As with most rescues most of his history is unknown. Cooper had many behavioral issues that I could not overcome on my own. My boyfriend moved in in September of 2014 and not having owned dogs before, Cooper was a challenge for both Cooper and Dennis.

We met with Carlos Puentes in December of 2014 and after discussing Coopers behavioral issues we believed Carlos was the right person to hire to help us help Cooper become the Golden Retriever he was destined to be.

Fast forward 3 months and Cooper is no longer my dog, but now Dennis calls Cooper his dog. That in and of itself is a huge accomplishment. Through Carlos’s training and guidance Cooper is now a disciplined well behaved member of our family…thank goodness.
